Laguna HD VPU for PCs

The Laguna VPU is a fully-programmable, high-performance, power-efficient HD video processor and accelerator for PC, notebook and netbook applications. The Laguna VPU was specially designed to enable PC manufacturers to provide consumers with the best possible viewing experience on high-quality, cost-sensitive PCs and netbooks.

A low-power platform allows the Laguna VPU to extend operating battery time. The Laguna solution is also available in PCIe mini and half-mini card modules.

Malibu HD VPU for HDTVs and STBs

The Malibu VPU is a high-performance, low-latency HD video processor specially designed as a flexible, programmable solution for HDTV and set-top box applications. Super Resolution image enhancement, a fully-programmable platform, and real-time 2d-3D conversion capabilities allows the Malibu VPU to deliver the industry’s premier video solution for HDTV and set-top box applications.

The Malibu solution is also available in an HDMI to HDMI module.

Solana HD VPU for Video Accessories

The Solana VPU is a flexible, low-cost, low-power video processor for video accessory applications such as smart cables and modules. Qvu™ technology allows the Solana VPU to provide the same high-performance video playback, image enhancement, SD upscale, and 2d to 3D conversion capabilities as Quartics’ other video processing solutions.
